Window Cleaning

Clean Mid West is a leader in the industry in our use of the latest techniques and equipment. We clean your exterior windows with water fed poles and De- ionized water generated from our equipment using your garden hose hydrant.

The water enters our equipment with a TDS (total dissolved solids) generally around 300-400 PPM (parts per million) of dissolved contaminates, minerals etc. When it leaves our system and gets to your window the TDS is at 0 PPM. The water exits a nozzle just above a very soft nylon brush at the end of our poles. While the water cascades down the glass the operator slightly agitates the soil, dislodging it and allowing it to rinse down with the DI water.
 
A final rinse ensures all the contaminated water is off the glass and all that is left behind to air dry is pure clean water. This contaminant free bath leaves no residue or streaking because there is nothing in the water so it evaporates completely leaving the window clean and streak free. Another bonus is that the window moldings will be cleaned as well, not necessarily the case with conventional cleaning.

All of this certainly sounds interesting, but what does it mean for you? First of all we clean from the ground up to three to four stories without the use of ladders or any ariel equipment. Also the process takes considerably less time than a conventional squeegee and bucket  would,  saving labor dollars and insurance costs which is passed on to you in reduced charges
