A multitude of surfaces can only be completely cleaned with the use of correct, safe amount of pressure, high gallons per minute water flow and proper cleaning agents. High pressure is usually not as necessary as proper equipment, high temp water and correct cleaners are. We clean many surfaces (some examples listed below) and one of our specialized fields is flat work, concrete cleaning and old gum removal. Most public walkways are littered with unsightly gum deposits that can only be cleaned properly with correct pressure, high gallon flow and most important hot water.
When contractors use only cold water they are most generally damaging the surface as they need to apply much higher, damaging pressure to achieve any results close to what we can achieve with hot water and safe pressures. We use only the best equipment technology has to offer in the field and our technicians are highly trained in the proper and most importantly, safe use of all of our equipment. All flat concrete surfaces are first cleaned with a specialized rotary attachment that ensures even , non damaging cleaning off the entire area. Then we will go back over all surfaces using hand wands to rinse off all debris the surface cleaner pulled up, remove gum deposits and clean out cracks of dirt, debris cigarette butts etc. The final result will be a thoroughly cleaned area that you can be proud to present to your customers and tenants!
